H&R Block Deluxe removal of import this year

My sister swears that the Deluxe version of Block software will no longer import from her brokerage as it has done in previous years, and that she was told she would have to buy the Business version. It's hard to believe that removal of a facility like this would happen with no online complaints at all, since Turbo Tax went thru all kinds of hell when they tried to force everyone up to Premier either last year or the year before, but I can't find a single mention of this change online.
