I filed an unemployment claim in the state of AZ. I moved out of AZ in February 2010, but continue to receive my AZ Unemployment benefits while I live in WA. Do I have to file a State return for AZ using Non- Resident or some other form of AZ return??

You remained a resident of AZ until you departed. As such, you are a part-year resident of AZ. Part year residents have to include all their income while a resident and AZ source income while a nonresident. Unemployment benefits are sourced to the origin state. Those benefits are AZ source income. You need to file AZ Form 140PY assuming your AZ AGI is at least $5500 or your Gross Income is at least $15000.
