Assuming a small business meets the requirements of both:

  1. HRA (Health Reimbursement Account)

AND

  1. Small Business Health Care Tax Credit,

can a small business get both?

Another question:

If we can only use one of the above, which one would be more beneficial to a small business from a tax point of view ie lower taxes.
