1. Does a business (small LLC bus) have to be profitable to be able to have a HRA and The Small Employer Health Premiums Tax Credit(form 8941)?2. Is there any IRS regulation or law that stipulates the co relation of the salary of the employee and the dollar amount of the health insurance premiums paid?
