I want to report my former boos for tax evasion/fraud as I did all of his books,

file IRS Form 3949 A to report my former bossfor tax evasion/fraud. I did all of his bookkeeping, billing, banking, etc. He had me make large bank deposits with Comcheks from thousands of dollars he had in his Comdata account. He had over %500,000 in accounts receivavlees last year and the year before that. He does not provide 1099's to any of his employees, including me. To my knowledge he has not file a tax return for the past two years as he told me that once. If he has file, he never once asked me to printout a reportof his gross or net income to assist in filing his taxes. The problem with reporting him is that he was paying me "under the table" so I would not lose my disability benefits. I don't think I would have lost said benefits as I did not work that many hours p[er week. What should I di? I don't want to get myself in big trouble but he cheats and steals from his own colleagues and employees and underpaid me by a lot. He also breaks other major federal laws as he does not have good safety practices in the trucking industries. As a resul;t he is literally putting lives at stake all the time.

Clean up your own mess before pointing the finger at someone else's mess. File amended returns and pay the back taxes you owe before doing anything else. If you owe a refund of disability payments received, pay that too.

By the way, it's clear to me that your problem with your boss is something other than he's a tax cheat.
