Indiana income tax

I moved from Indiana to New Jersey in early 2008. I did not have any income during the 10+ days in Indiana. Do I have to pay Indiana State income tax?

I updated my address in my employer's database a little late. It caused my address on my first two paychecks was in Indiana and Indiana did withhold my income tax. My W-2 does not show any Indiana income but it shows some Indiana income tax withholding. Am I supposed to get the withholding back in full?

You need to prepare and file an Indiana income tax return, for those few days you were resident, to let them know you moved out of state (a part-year return does that), and to claim any refund on taxes withheld.
