IRS Offer In Compromise from Utah State

Nov 29, 2006 1 Replies

I'm getting ready to submit to the IRS my Offer In Compromise packet. I have no assets other than my car (worth around 3,200), live with roommates and work part-time. I'm single and do not have any credit cards so no credit card debt. The documentation (receipts, etc.) I'll sending them is not much. My question is: Is there anyone out there that is willing to review what I have ready to submit before I send it to the IRS? This would be a last review to make sure I have not left anything out that is important and that my offer is sound. Thank you.

One question is pertinent here. What are you offering them? Your car? Actually I would recommend you contact an Enrolled Agent (EA) out there in Utah, set up an appointment and pay a small consultation fee. YOu can find one at

and make sure when you call him, he's an EA who does that kind of work. Good luck!
