I need some help in Tax Planning for my S-Corp for 2006.I own a house and myself and my wife are employees of the S-corp. I already have a SEP-IRA account which is helping in doing some tax planning. Any other tools /accounts like Plan 529 (still thinking about it) which i should look at which will help in Tax planning? Any help in this area appreciated Andy
