Medicaid and estate planning

I am paying an attorney for advice about qualifying for Medicaid and the COPES program in Washington state (http://209.85.173.132/search?qÊche:kKuo9TF31h0J:

and to draft financial powers of attorney, wills, health care directives for my wife and me.



To what extent would these fees be deductible? Is there any specific wording that the bill or receipt should contain?
