New Jersey Inheritance taxes and non-resident beneficiaries

The decedent was a NJ resident who left NJ real estate to a non NJ resident Class C beneficiary (sibling) who lives in PA.

The total estate is under $200k

I understand no NJ estate tax is due since its under $675k. correct?

I think no PA inheritance tax is due. correct?

Is NJ inheritance tax due from the PA beneficiary?

thanks

No NJ Estate Tax would be due provided that the decedent didn't use up his 2001 federal lifetime exclusion with gifts subject to gift tax while alive.

I don't know anything about PA inheritance tax.

NJ inheritance tax is due on transfers to Class C beneficiaries, is paid by the Estate, and reduces the amount ultimately transferred to the beneficiary.
