Non-taxable part of contribution

I think there's a section in the law code, maybe section 125, that says food provided by an employer are not income to the employee, and deductible by the employer, if the food is available to all employees.

Once in Forbes I read about a guy who downgraded his company airline ticket, pocketed the money, and the IRS caught him for not reporting income.
