I have been hearing on the TV that the new housing bill passed on a Sunday has a 7K tax credit for first-time house buyers (till July
2009?). It does not seem to be getting a lot of press so I am not sure how accurate this is. Anybody knows more about this? Another related question probably a little silly, if a person owned a house before but now is no longer in the title of that house, does that person still qualify for this tax credit? Thanks.
