The American Taxpayer Relief Act of 2012 extended bonus depreciation into tax year 2013. This included qualified leaehold improvements. You can find the definition of qualified leasehold improvements in IRS Pub

946, Depreciation, IRC Sec. 168(k)(3) or the temporary regulation Sec. 1.168(k)-1(c).
