looks like it's form 941 but I should make payment only at end of quarter and not each time
so if payroll for first time in july, report all july,aug,sep payment at end of Sep ?
is that correct ?

If your total quarterly liability (15.3% FICA plus federal withholding) is not more than $2,500, sure. But if it's going to be more, you need to make monthly deposits.
