Real Estate Taxes - Multiple Owners

If three (3) people own a home (non-rental property) equally and the one person who lives there pays 1/2 the real estate taxes, can she deduct the full 1/2 of the real estate taxes that she pays? Can some refer me to a written source to support or disclaim the answer?

See page A-5 of the Schedule A instructions. You can deduct real property taxes "you paid" on property "you own" that is not used for business. The percentage of ownership is not relevant. The owner who pays half is the only person that can deduct the amount paid.

My last sentence may have been misleading. The person who paid 50% is the person who gets to deduct 50%. Any other owner who paid the taxes, gets to deduct the amount they paid.
