Second Home in Mexico and US income tax.

I own a second home in Mexico. Can anything be taken off on my US income tax ?

How about traveling to the home to insure that everything and not staying there more then a few weeks to take care of the paperwork and pay my property tax ?

Only the property tax - and only if it's based on the value of the property.

And the mortgage interest (if any) ???

Interest expense cannot be determined

1) He did not say that he had a mortgage. 2) He did not say that he doesn't have additional properties.
