Single Empoyee Worker Cooperative

I am filling out a form for COVID relief from my state government.

My company is a C Corporation with a single employee, me. I also own

100% of the stock in the company.

One question on the form is whether or not my company is a "worker cooperative?"

Well, all the workers, me, own all the stock, and all the workers participate in running the company and making all the decisions for the company.

So, does that make my company a "worker cooperative," or do you need more than one emplyee?

Thanks.

According to Victor Roberts snipped-for-privacy@earthlink.net:

Nope. There is a legal defiinition of a cooperative and special tax treatment.

If you were a co-op, you'd know it.
