Since the IRS tax filing deadline has been extended to July 15, 2020 for 2019 individual tax returns, does this mean
1.the filing date for form 4868 deadline has been extended to July 15, 2020 and
2.the deadline for any sums that can normally be paid with form 4868 has been extended to July 15, 2020 too?
