Time to exercies Stock Options

I have heard from someone who has to exercise non-qualified stock options within the next few days, but can't reach anyone that would allow him to do that.

I've found everything I could on the IRS website that lists all kinds of extensions of time, but nothing for this. Have I missed something? Does he have any recourse? Under general law he has remedies, but it would be better if could give him something more tangible.

Thanks for any thoughts or ideas.

This has nothing to do with the IRS. He need to contact his employer or the broker that handles the NQSOs for guidance.
