When does Calif make the 2018 income tax rate schedule available to the public?
Is it available to tax professional sooner?
It's crazy trying to do tax planning for 2019(!) with only 2017 tax schedules.
I'm trying to decide how much to transfer from IRAs to Roth IRA in order to reduce next year's RMD. That depends on where my taxable income falls within this year's tax brackets.
Of course, it would be nice to also know where my estimated 2019 taxable income falls within 2019 tax brackets. But I know it's asking too much of the Calif legislature to determine the 2019 tax brackets before 2019, like the fed govt does, IIRC. (Klunk!)
