Help ! It used to be that dividends on Accumulation Shares could be added onto the purchase price, thus increasing the purchase price reported, and reducing the CGT. Nothing that I have found online seems to mention this fact. Is it still a fact - I'm talking about Acc shares held for nearly twenty years, so it could make a huge difference?
Advice would be gratefully received.
