Company director and tax form

I have a friend who is a director of a Ltd company. It is loss making and was started back in March 2005.

Does she need to put this information on her end of year tax form? She has received zero income from it.

and scroll down as this states more information on directors. If a Tax Return is required presumably the pay and tax will be shown as nil for the directorship - however any company benefits may have to be shown.
