I have a tax self assessement account that is in credit so what happens if it remains in credit for a certain length of period.
Will the taxman clam the credit for themselves if I don't ask for a cheque within a certain period?
If I become employed or unemployed, must I tell them to send me a cheque, or will it always remain there until I claim it?
