How Real Success In Business Is Really Achieved
Walk into any business that conventional wisdom would regard as successful, and you'll see a lot of action and a workforce of burnt out and stressed people working obscenely long hours. Is that really what success is about?
Then ask almost any senior business executive within that organisation what it takes to succeed and they'll probably respond with phrases such as hard work, dedication, planning, persistence and focusing on the bottom line. - their leaders do not have a large ego or personal ambition
