A number of years ago I ran a partnership and a limited company for essentially the same business. The IR allowed it at the time, but I seem to remember there was some slight conveniences in the tax paying department.
I was under the impression that the IR does not allow i now. I was wondering because I was thinking of getting involved in a business that looks like it is doing a similar thing - using different addresses. The people involved seem to be a bit gaurded about it so I was wondering if they were possibly doing something that the IR may not approve of.
