Can somebody please clarify me, if if the the change to pension rules that covers the removal of the obligation on an individual to retire from employnment before drawing his occupational pension means:
That the employee has a legal right to draw his pension whilst continuing in employment or That the company may, at their discretion, allow the pension to be drawn.
I suspect the latter.
