I found the following example involving the trade of a C.D. (certificate of deposit) in a textbook
It looks like 10m plus a bit less than one month's interest. By my reckoning one month's interest (at 4.47%apr) is 36508. Is there stamp duty or another charge applied to this type of transaction?
