Yep, it is uk.finance and that is why OP asked for some advice about a mortgage, and he used the term in the same way that pretty well everyone uses it, including banks and building societies when you go to chat with them and when you read their literature, and everybody understood exactly what he meant.
He didn't even explain himself on the first instance, and instead just confuddled the OP. If that is your idea of what uk.finance should be all about I think we would be better off in uk.milkmen.
