Selling property to non-EU citizens who pay much more than the market price

I am seeling one of my properties. I have recieved an offer from an individual who is not a EU citizen.

Her offer is substantially more than what other prospective cleints are willing to pay me.

I was wondering whether, I am allowed to sell the property to non-EU citizens or not.

Please advise. Thank you.

There is absoutely no law that stops you selling your property to anybody who wishes to purchase it. This is not your concern, if their is a problem it would be sorted out with the lawyers. Further more, "right to reside or right to travel" in the UK is unrelated to owning a property. By the same token you may own property in the USA or Canada or Australia, but if you wish to live their all year you would need separate visas.

I am not a lawyer, but your lawyer who is handing your house sale will answer you this question clearly and swiftly...although I am 100% sure their is no problem with this.
