"The total charge for credit is" in T&Cs

Hi,

In the Amex Blue Card terms and conditions, there is a clause which states

"5.1 The total charge for credit is £90"

There is no annual fee (as long as at least £500 is spent in a year, even then it's just £15) so I'm just curious as to what this actually means.

Any ideas welcome, this is really puzzling me. With the cashback it sounds worthwhile going for a card unless I'm going to be hit with a bill for £90!

John.
