Hi. A colleague of mine has a shared mortgage with his girlfriend and it looks like they have spilt up and experiencing an 'agressive' time of it. She is now bringing new boyfriends back to the house and my collegue is experiencing very low lows such that his health is suffering. Alongside of this is the ex-girlfriend works in the legal profession. I think they have resolved to sell the house but is there any golden rules my colleague should follow?
