Who do you report a suspected phishing website to?

A lot of people are going to hand their details over to this one (unsecured)

This looks to me like a spammer attempting to get leads for a "genuine" service.

I see nothing that suggest it is a phishing website, they ask for no account details at all

It does look like someone trying to cash in on people in debt, but I don't like the use of the logo, which makes it look official.

But they will get people's names, addresses, contact numbers and salary levels - what else does one need for ID theft? This is the kind of stuff we are always being told to shred and not put in the bin. And the form is insecure also. If you look up Whois, it is a non-UK resident who has chosen not to provide their address details...

That's why I think a lot of people might get caught by it. I have contacted the FSA. ROFLMAO

Maria, you really won't get anywhere with the FSA. One, they're too busy for this stuff, and two it's not in their jurisdiction. It's like asking the police to get your neighbour's cat out of your tree. Best try

Which is against Nominet's policy - the opt-out is intended to be for individuals defined as "consumers" for data-protection-type reasons. Not sure what their definition of a "consumer" is, but highly unlikely to apply here.
