Looking for a sample of a bookkeeping disclaimer I can add to contracts. I want something along the lines of receipts and invoices are entered in accordance to what the client has provided. They have not been verified for authenticity. Bookkeeper is not responsible....

You may want to take a page from the wording in the engagement letters many use for compilations and other like services. It goes something like this:
A compilation is limited to presenting in the form of financial statements, information that is the representation of management. I have not audited or reviewed the accompanying financial statements and therefore, do not express an opinion or any other form of assurance on them.
