Caseview/Caseware

I am interested in getting opinions on Caseview/Caseware from public accountants. Do you use this product? Is it worth it? Did it help your practise. Any feedback would be appreciated.

Although I am a CPA, I am working in private industry. Our auditors use IDEA (Caseware) extensively and turned us on to it. It allows you to work with bigger files than Excel will for example. The feature I find most useful is the ability to extract data from printed reports. Many times the printed report contains information from multiple files that is not available for download any other way. IDEA allows you to pull in the report file (print to file, not printer) and define what data you want to extract, then pull that information into a database for analysis.
