There are 2 companies, one is the holding "H" and the subsidiary "A". There is a share premium in "A" arised from the issues of shares,"H" is now going to be listed and incurred some legal and related expenses which should be able to settled through the share premium.
I consider as a group that , the legal and the related expenses should be able to settle through share premium but not through profit and loss.So I want to ask that are there any journal entries that enable me to transfer the share premium from company "A" to company "H"?
