Hi all. I've posted here before. But, now I'm recently unemployed and considering doing some bookkeeping on the side for some extra income.
I was thinking about just investing in a Quickbooks program and putting ads out in places. I just don't know how I would go about quoting a job. Does anyone know what a basic bookkeeper charges?

Fees vary from locations to location and according to your experience and available time.
So I would suggest checking around as to what the competition charges and set it accordingly if that amount is going to cover your costs.
