what is the difference in a fund?

two vanguard funds, VWIGX Vanguard Intl Gro;Inv *and* VWILX Vanguard Intl Gro;Adm

from this mornings news "..in a radio interview with Chuck Jaffe, MarketWatch senior columnist, Wiener stressed the importance of sticking with Vanguard's top managers and best-designed products. ...said he would get out of ..Vanguard International Growth (VWILX).."

both VWIGX and VWILX have same managers and from what I can tell, identical portfolios

then why did Jaffe only suggest getting out of one (VWILX) and not the other (VWIGX)?

Oversight, probably. They're the same fund -- the only difference is that VWILX has a $100K minimum balance instead of $3K for VWIGX, in return for which it offers a 0.35% expense ratio instead of 0.55% for VWIGX.

Aren't these just two different share classes of the same fund?
