I am helping out a local Meals on Wheels program that uses PeachTree Complete 2003. We added a new computer for the bookkeeper and found out that someone had designed a custom template for their computer checks. I have had a bear of a time trying to create a new template. I have the old computer and wondered if there is a way to get it off it? I couldn't find anything that looked like a templates folder in the Peachw folder.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
If you are a savy windows person, you could transfer the files from the old computer to the new one using the serial interface capabilities that are provided by windows. Then after you have the old files, open the program and all your past data, etc will be there.
As an option you could use a USB device that transfers data from a digital camera to a computer. The memory stick can be utilized as a disk drive and files can be copied to it and then to the new computer. Depending on the size of the data to be transferred will determine the size of the memory stick needed. It works GREAT. I use it a lot.
