Is it possible in Peachtree Complete to setup the following Tennessee sales tax calculation? Single item sales tax for items costing more than $1600, an additional point 25 percent. I can only find a place to enter the base rate and maximum amount of taxable sale, not for the additional tax between $1600 and the maximum amount.

Robert you can set up a sales tax authority and set the tax calculation to a formula based in each taxable line item Up to $1600 charge 8% (for example) above that charge 8.25%
You can thenbring that into a sales tax code
