Hello,
just a suggestion to MS development that many would be grateful for... could you please make the Notes field window much larger in "Additional" section of Customer Properties?
We use it very often to keep notes on customers' needs and requests and the small window is very inconvenient. Even though the capacity for notes is large but the actual viewing space is too small.
