Hi, is there any way to click on the item in F2 and find out which customers bought this item in the past?

No, but you can get that information from a detailed sales report.
Just filter on the item lookup code and run the report. Use Show/Hide columns to display the customer account number and name and to hide most of the other columns. Turn off grouping, then sort by customer name...
