Hi, when is the new version/upgrade coming out? And do we get it by calling the original seller of the product (who sold it to us) or can we get it directly from MS?

The 1.3 update has been shipped/mailed out starting approx. Dec 1 to those with currently on the RMS Maintenance Plan.

We actually did not get 1.3. Is there anywhere to email or call Microsoft abuot it or should I call the company who sold it to me?

I had heard there were some back ordered issues. Some of my customers have not received theirs yet either. If you don't see it after the first of the year, I would contact your reseller and/or MS.
For MS, I would open a request for support issue here;

log in and then Support on the left, new support request. It may ask for a credit card number, but you wouldn't be charged for the question. Remember that only people on the RMS Maintenance Plan will receive it.
