The solution is as follows:
1.) Shutdown the PC. 2.) Remove the parallel printer cable from the parallel port. 3.) Turn the PC on. 4.) After the OS has loaded login into POS. 5.) Ring up a transaction and tender it.If this error does not appear you have fixed it as I did. Where you place t he dongle is under your discretion.
