I'm using POS 2.0. The manual and the help information indicate you should be able to update costs throught the Store Settings > Options > Inventory screen. I do not have the 'Cost update method" options listed on that screen. How can I have my costs updated using the weighted average method?

The version you are using is not Microsoft Dynamics Store Operations, which is intended to allow the growth beyond a single store, and is the product Catzilla was referring to.
I'm not sure that POS allows for this configuration change. However, when referencing documentation make sure you are not looking at Store Operations manuals, and you are reading "Microsoft Point of Sale" manuals.
