I would like to be able to list on my receipt the number of times a customer has shopped since the beginning of the year.
What is the script required to get this data. I can figure out how to display the variable on the receipt, but I need to get the count into a variable in the receipt template.
Customer.TotalVisits
This is the receipt variable according to a list I have (I have not tried it).

That is indeed a valid variable, but that shows the total visits ever for the customer.
Yep. I need transactions this calendar year.
I really wish we could just run SQL from a HTML window or a receipt template.
