Duplicate Worksheets created

Hi There



I have an issue withone of the databases. In HQ Manager when I try to create any worksheet and approve it the manager will create two fo the same kind. One approved and one new (not Approved). When I open either worksheet I find that there are no stores assigned in it.



I am using RMS V2.0.0127.



Any ideas on what this issue may be casued by or how to rectify this will help.
