enforce lower bound price?

Feb 23, 2006 3 Replies

RMS Version 1.3 Do not allow a price change that reduces the price below the Lower Bound. This would apply to discounts/price change applied against a single item, a group of items or the entire sale. This would also apply against preset Level prices and/or quantity discounts. In other words, in the POS screen. the sales price for an item should never be below the Lower Bound price.

As of today it is possible to reduce the selling price below the Lower Bound price in situations I have pointed out. Regardless of the cause, the sales price for an item should never be below the Lower Bound Price.
