Error when creating new SKU's in RMS, Row cannot be located for u

Uow cannot be located for updating. Some values may have changes since it was last read. The error can be created by creating a new SKU in RMS. As soon as you hit the "OK" the error occurs. New item is created and no data is lost however. All systems are 2.0.0120 and database has be reindexed.
