POs created and printed at HQ get to store with no supplier or header information. Basically HQ staff can create a PO, print it and then virtually wipe it out of the system. From a programming perspective, the form needs to be saved if/when someone clicks the Print button. Steps to Recreate: In HQ Manager --> Worksheet --> 340 PO Planner -->
(select any stores) --> (effective immediately) --> Add Items Manually --> Next --> Finish Properties --> Details --> (add a supplier) --> fill out some or all of the optional boxes --> Click OK --> Click the Contents tab --> Add at least one item --> Click the Details button --> click Print --> After the PO has printed, click the X in the upper right hand corner of the screen. Go back in and check the PO -- items are gone, supplier is gone and yet, you've already printed it! The print button needs to commit the changes before printing is enabled.
