Claudia,
If you have access to M$' CustomerSource, click on the link and it will take you to the RMS reports section. Download the Detailed Sales by Hour report.
formatting link
You have to manually modify the report file and have to use the SQL's DATEPART function to evaluate hour and minutes

Hi Claudia,
We have a product called Retail Analytics. This product allows you to analyze sales in a variety of ways, by fatest moving stock, by vendor, by store, hourly sales, etc. We offer our UCAP (Up Close and Personal) program as well. UCAP - we have streamlined a process to get your data in house, load the Retail Analytics product and then demonstrate the power of the product on your live data. Please let me know if you have any questions or if there is anything that we can do for you.
Thanks,

Speaking of Reports,
How about the ability to request, on-screen (and then printed) reports in a full- graphic mode, such as a "bell-curve" that shows when specific items have sold? Filtering should allow for ANY start and ending date for the item. This would allow for a clear picture of seasonal items through the year. For related items this would be useful as well. Sales of week-to-date, month-to-date, year-to-date and product life would be good. While we're at it, how about the ability to graph sales histories of more than one item on the same screen? Also, graphic sales histories for Departments, Catagories, etc.
More detailed Graphical reports should be included in RMS I agree. On that note you can use some external programs such as Excel, Crystal Reports, Crystal Xcelsius maybe SQL Reporting Services (never had the time to look at this one) and other reporting tools to get the information you want.
